We hope everyone has had an exciting and fun summer!!! Our informational team meeting will be held on August 17th at 4:15 at Onyx Rochester. There is open skate before hand for anyone that would like to get back out on the ice, and or meet the team!! We are very excited to announce that we have been given the opportunity to host an intercollegiate competition for the 2015-2016 competition season! The Competition is called the GrizzFest and will be held at Suburban Ice in Macomb on November 7 and November 8 2015.

Thank You all for coming out to our informational meeting this past Sunday! We are looking forward to the start of the new season.

Tryouts are August 30th at 3:30 PM at the Onyx! There is a $10 try-out fee. We hope to see everyone there! We are also having our first team meeting this Wednesday, September 4th at 6:30 PM in the Fireside Lounge at the Oakland Center on campus at OU. This is where we will be signing contracts and collecting initiation payments. We are super excited about getting the team together for the season!!!

This season went GREAT! We performed two times for the OU Hockey Team and did awesome at our three competitions! Can’t wait for finals to be over and for Summer to start! Fundraising events and tryouts will be posted soon!

We will be having another tryout on Monday, August 27th! Tryouts begin at 5pm at the Onyx Ice Arena, Rink 3. The tryout fee is $10. We had an awesome turnout at the last tryouts and we are looking forward to seeing everyone and getting our team together for the upcoming season!!!

Come out and support the Figure Skating Club of Oakland University! Come and enjoy 3 hours of bowling (shoes provided), pizza, and pop, along with games, raffles and more! Located at Classic Lanes in Rochester from 5pm to 8pm. Only $20 per person!
