Windy City Figure Skating Club is excited to announce a new partnership with the Niles Iceland rink. Windy City will be providing an USFSA presence at Niles, and Niles skaters are being invited to join so they can test with the club and represent Windy City at competitions. The club will also cross-promote programs and events to increase opportunities and participation at both locations. Windy City would like to give a warm welcome to all new Niles members!
Windy City Figure Skating Club is dedicated to supporting our members in their competitive or recreational figure skating endeavors while fostering a sense of community among skaters. Our vision is to inspire a lifelong passion for figure skating by providing a safe, positive, enthusiastic environment in which our members can reach their skating goals.
We have weekly ice dance sessions and host frequent USFSA-sanctioned test sessions, held in-person and virtually. Our members have represented Windy City FSC at the USFSA Regional, Sectional and National Figure Skating Championships and all competitive levels.
The Windy City Figure Skating Club is a Member Club of the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA). The USFSA is the national governing body for the sport of figure skating in the United States. USFSA is a member of the International Skating Union (ISU), the international federation for figure skating, and is a member of the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC).
