Overview
The Intact Insurance Ice Centre is home to the only indoor ice rink in Eastern Canada. With its four other rinks, two of which meet international standards, it is the largest indoor skating centre in America!
In addition to its 13,500 m2 of ice, the Intact Insurance Ice Centre has the longest indoor running track in Quebec, a restaurant, a boutique and multi-purpose rooms for different types of meetings.
A favourite place for physical activity, many time slots are offered for free skating and running, allowing residents of the Quebec City metropolitan area to practice their activities for free. Visitors from outside the metropolitan area can also enjoy them at a low cost.
Whether for leisure with a generous free program open to all, training in collaboration with the organizations in residence, and even high performance, the Intact Insurance Ice Center meets the expectations of athletes.
A place with modern and friendly architecture, the Intact Insurance Ice Center hosts many major sporting events, its rooms and services also allow for the holding of distinctive private meetings and activities .
Programs for the practice of organized sports, for children, adults and athletes of all calibers, are offered by various recognized and federated organizations: speed skating, hockey, figure skating, running and others.
